Business Learning Centre

Advocate is a person whose profession gives legal services, both inside and outside the court who qualify under the provisions of the Act. To be appointed as an Advocate must meet the following requirements:
1. citizens of the Republic of Indonesia;
2. residing in Indonesia;
3. no status as civil servants or state officials;
4. aged at least 25 (twenty five) years;
5. graduate degree in higher educational backgrounds;
6. passed the examination held by the Organization of Advocates;
7. internship of at least 2 (two) years continuously in the office of the Advocate;
8. never been convicted of a criminal act punishable with imprisonment of 5 (five) years or more;
9. well behaved, honest, responsible, fair, and have high integrity. These requirements as contained in Law No. 18 Year 2003 on Advocates.
Who can be appointed as an Advocate is a graduate of high educational background of law and after following the special education profession conducted by the Organization Advocate Advocate.
