The past experiences of a person can certainly make who he is right now. These things can certainly mold a person to become a better individual or not. Take for example Robert “Bob” Gerberg Jr. His previous work experiences really helped him to become one of the leaders in technology-based service businesses in the world. It also helped that he had the right education moving forward which was a big part of his success.

Before Bob Gerberg Jr. had his own company, he was working with several companies which gave him enough experience and knowledge. Right after his college graduation from Colgate University, Gerberg worked for Bausch & Lomb as an account executive for more than three years. As an account executive, he was under the personal products division. He made a buzz from this company achieving so many things in the process. When Gerberg was done with his tenure in Bausch & Lomb, he decided that he should get a Master of Business Administration so that one day, he would be able to create his own company.

Bob Gerberg took up his MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Colorado At Boulder – Leeds School of Business. After finishing his MBA in 1992, he worked with the printing press that his father, Robert J. Gerberg Sr., used in publishing his famous books. The younger Gerberg was the President of Princeton/Masters Press, Inc. for two years (1992-1994). Under his leadership, the company was able to publish one of the most successful job hunting books during the 1990s.

The early success of Bob Gerberg in his previous jobs showed that he is ready to venture in his own company. Shortly after stepping down in his post in Princeton/Masters Press, Inc., Gerberg put up his own company in the information technology and services industry.
