Jeff Rutt has received immense recognition in the last few years both as a builder and also for his charitable works. He is the founder and also the head of the group of directors of the HOPE International foundation. In the year 1992, Jeff laid the foundation and became the CEO of his own company Keystone Custom Homes. Prior to that, he was a dairy farmer, nearly for a decade. Under his expert guidance the company has expanded rapidly and in the last few years it has constructed more than 3700 homes all across Pennsylvania. Today it is considered to be among the top building companies in Pennsylvania.

For three times, Jeff Rutt has received the Best Builder Award from the popular Builder Magazine and his company is believed to be the only home construction company that has received this prestigious award for three years. Currently, Keystone Custom Homes has been ranked among the top 100 international home builders by the globally recognized business magazine, Builder Magazine. Recognized as Pennsylvania’s leading autonomous homebuilder, Jeff’s company is currently busy constructing homes in nearly 44 communities, located in different counties like Lancaster, Dauphin, York, Cumberland, Lebanon and Chester. The success of the company is steered by Jeff’s clear-cut philosophy, which is to construct superior homes for his team members, clients as well as for the worldwide community.

As a sign of the company’s underlying moral principles, a certain percentage of the company’s profit is donated to HOPE International. This non-profitable philanthropic group of microfinance organizations was founded in the year 1997 by Jeff Rutt, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Currently this international organization offer service to more than 265,000 clients worldwide. By offering loans for small businesses in addition to essential business training, this charitable foundation empowers people to overcome poverty with dignity. Since poverty is found to have a strong impact on women as well as their kids, Jeff’s HOPE International foundation focuses mainly on the development of women. In the year 2008, for its philanthropic activities HOPE International was awarded the highly esteemed Hearthstone Builder Humanitarian Award.

Jeff Rutt has been the chairman of the Hope International right from the day it was founded. His idea about global ministry, particularly microfinance is derived chiefly from the Gospel. Through HOPE Jeff wishes to bring about a significant transformation in the lives of the common people, both physically and spiritually, by offering lasting solutions to combat poverty and to bring back  self-respect among families, across the globe.
