On Tuesday December 27 Prodepaz Corporation met with the producer of fruit, vegetable and sugar cane to socialize Eastern Antioquia Marketing Strategy in the region.
The meeting was to initiate actions to exchange relevant experiences to articulate strategies to market products and consolidate a network of consumers in the region.
On Tuesday 27 December between 10:30 am and 1:00 pm, was held in the House of Sisters Philippians Rionegro, the meeting with the producer of fruit, vegetable and cane of Eastern Antioquia to socialize the Marketing Strategy of the region and make the presentation of the professional who will be leading, the agronomist Gonzalo Mier Madrid.
The meeting, which was attended by 18 of the 27 organizations called, sought to begin to generate actions that involve the sharing of significant experiences of the organizations present at the same time articulating the joint strategies to successfully market their products and build a network consumers to enhance production and producers committed to quality and improvement in their processes on the basis of teamwork.
The agenda began with a socialization of the productive projects that were present in the event. Also explained in detail the characteristics of the marketing strategy to publicize the selection criteria of organizations that were used, the operating model of the project and the establishment of an agenda designed to establish a baseline and answer needs that arise in terms of marketing with this process.
Among other concerns, the most frequently mentioned by these organizations was the lack of joint work and mutual distrust that hinders the processes and productivity growth in the region. They also mentioned the importance of building consumer networks that meet the existing supply.
During the month of January will begin to make visits for each organization, bearing in mind the purpose of coordinating bi-monthly meetings attended by all, except that it may be in extraordinary times, if circumstances warrant.
