A company is like a tree planted, requires time and care before they can bear fruit. If we start pruning the tree when it is still small and growing him as a “bonsai” (dwarf tree), or worse, will dry up and die. In other words, if the owner of a company “extract” resources beyond the capacity of the latter, one of two things happen: it will dwarf or killed.
To prevent this from happening, the owner must see himself only as the administrator or “steward” of the company, or someone who was entrusted with their care and must give an accounting to the true owner. In my experience, I have seen small business owners grow really fast when applying this principle. How can this “relationship” is fair? Being allocated to “steward” a salary (and strictly limited to it) is regarded as fair by their work, but also the company is in a position to pay.
