We’ve included a couple of surveys to find out to what extent the statement of business strategy is developed, shared and disseminated among the staff of the company.

According to recent literature in the article by Collins. D and Rukstad. M “Can you tell your strategy?” (HBR April 2008), few executives who can describe or disclose business strategy in a nutshell.

The reason is not known to the company’s strategy, it is usually because there has not been declared, it is not clear, it is very complex or very large.

The importance of a strategy statement simple, clear and easy to relate, people aligned to the company, committed to the ultimate goal of each organization, giving direction and encouraging decision making at various levels.

A good business strategy statement, energizes and empowers people in the organization.
